So I have only ever had one cold sore before, but I remember it being a lot worse than this? This is day four of development. It started with really dry lips. It doesn't itch, burn, or hurt. It feels like a slight pressure, and my lips are still extremely dry. It hasn't spread, but I have also been applying Abreva since day two.Is it a cold sore? Is it something else?
