[Skin concerns] How to get rid of Milia when it is too close to your eye?

Hello,I have had two small bumps (diagnosed as milia) right near my lacrimal (the corner of the eye). Given the proximity that the bumps are to my eyeball (and the lacrimal), my dermatologist (understandably) did not want to use a needle to get rid of them.I have had this problem for roughly 9 months and I have two questions:Has anyone had Milia go away on its own, even after such a long time?Do you know of any other ways (besides a needle) that can be used to treat this?thank you
