[skin concerns] Quick question on cleanser type recommendation please

Hi, light oil cleanser like light rice water/Kose deep cleansing oil OR Cerave hydrating cleanser for somebody that doesn't wear make up?I was double cleansing using both types but it seemed like over kill due to no makeup.I apply retinol after the evening cleanse if that makes a difference.Thank you
