[Skin Concerns] Smoothing dull, sensitive, dehydrated skin

Beauty Tips For Body Care
All my life I've had very sensitive skin. Thanks to the information on this sub, I've learned that my face is likely extremely dehydrated, and I've been working to develop a routine that has already made a slight improvement in the last month or so.AM - Wash face with water, once a week wash with La Roche-Posay Effaclar + Alba Botanica Pineapple Enzyme wash, follow with LRP Toleriane Daily moisturizerPM - Wash face with LRP Toleriane Dermo-cleanser, follow with LRP Effaclar toner on breakout areas if needed, follow with patting on sweet almond oil, then a night cream with coconut oil and borage made by a local company.I'm in my mid-thirties, I hydrate like a boss, and apart from hormonal random breakouts, I don't have any major acne. I do have blackheads on my forehead, though, and chin, and the major issue I would like to find an answer for is how to balance healing my very rough, sandy-textured skin (especially around my cheeks) while not messing up the healing for my dehydration or making any redness and irritation flare up. Is there anything I can use to heal and smooth out my rough spots? The secondary issue is that I would greatly prefer to go for cruelty-free options that still are as effective as what I am using now. LRP tends to be a great fit for my skin, but I've heard good things about Pacifica. Does anyone have a good/bad/otherwise experience with that brand for my skin type?
