Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been working on my skin pretty religiously for the past 10 months or so and I've learned very precisely what my skin looks like when it's dehydrated, dry, oily, etc... I'm also pretty aware of what ingredients are friendly with my skin and how they effect me specifically. It's been a lot of trial and error. That being said my skin is in good shape. It's absolutely not dehydrated but can get a little dry in the winter if I get lazy and don't do all the steps in my routine otherwise my skin is bright, clear, and dewy.Despite this, my makeup is still flaky! It's really upsetting. I use a PC AHA and BHA 2-3 times a week and it works wonder in terms of my complexion but doesn't seem to fix my makeup problems. My makeup still looks dusty as if my skin is bone dry even when I pull out all the stops to hydrate my face.At this point, I'm convinced that the only thing it could be is that my chemical exfoliation is doing a good job at loosening the skin on my face but it needs help getting the remaining dead skin off.My skin is normal/dry.AM Routine:PC Skin Recovery Softening Cream CleanserHada Lobo Gokujyun Hyaluronic Acid LotionCeraVe Moisturizing CreamSkin Aqua UV Moisture Milk WhitePM Routine:OCM (Mineral/Jojoba Oil)Hada Lobo Gokujyun Hyaluronic Acid LotionPC 8% AHA Gel/2% BHA Liquid (alternating every other day)Cosrx Galactomyces White Power EssenceCosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power EssenceCeraVe Moisturizing CreamAquaphor (if I feel like it)Like I said, my routine feels good and my only guess at this point is that my makeup looks dusty because I'm not adequately getting dead skin off my face.
