[Sun Care] My Sunscreen is Discolouring my Jacket (?)

I've been noticing that my jacket got some white marks right at the collar, which is where the jacket is rubbing against my neck.Any ideas?(I'm using Eucerin's 'Sun Fluid Face Mattifying SPF 50', http://int.eucerin.com/products/sun-protection/sun-fluid-mattifying-spf50plus).
