[Acne] Oily, dehydrated skin. Seeking recommendations for a moisturizer that doesn't cause breakouts

I have tried CeraVe and Clinique DDM gel (which really messed me up) that caused me some nasty breakouts. I would love a recommendation for something I can pick up at a department/drug store, but I can also use Amazon if necessary.At this point I'm considering either jojoba oil or Simple's ultra light gel, however I am very much open to other suggestions!
