[Acne] Red bumps where pimples used to be, they've been there for ~6 months. They occasionally erupt as whiteheads. How can I get rid of them?

After a while they went down, but the red marks are still there! It's been about 6 months, and recently one erupted again, popped, and went back down. They are always there under my skin and I would really like to get rid of them! Any suggestions? I'm waiting for the Biore Aqua Rich Watery Essence Sunscreen.PMCleanser: Yes to Tomatoes Clear Face CleanserToner: Witch hazelMoisturizer: Neutrogena Oil-FreeMasks: I use the Aztec clay mask once a week and Freeman's Feeling Beautiful Charcoal and Black Sugar Polishing Mask once or twice a week (just because it makes me feel nice, I don't think it does much for my skin). I also use assorted Tony Moly sheet masks.
