Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've always struggled with jaw-line acne, but recently I've developed tiny red pimples all over my face and neck- and the only thing I'm using that goes on my neck is sunscreen! This is extremely unusual for my skin- I never get forehead or neck pimples EVER. I bought the highly praised Biore Aqua Rich Watery Gel 50+, and I'm suspicious it's breaking me out. But the weird thing is, I've been using this for a few weeks, and these tiny pimples have only started accumulating in the last week. I'd think it was something else but again, the breakouts are only where my sunscreen goes, and nothing else does. I live in the Southwest US and have very sensitive Scottish skin, so 50+ SPF and reapplying is a must.I also started OCM with neem oil last night, but these spots were here before I used OCM.I'm going makeupless this month (ugh, it's awful) to try and start finding a routine from scratch and being a good "skin scientist".My routine right now is:AM: splash face with water sunscreen (Biore)Through the day: No touchy the face Sanitize hands, reapply sunscreenPM: Shower OCM with neem oil Wash face with Neutrogena foaming cleanser (I know for a fact this stuff doesn't break me out) CeraVe PM moisturizerHow does this look for a baseline routine, and how can I replace my sunscreen when I'm so acne prone?? What else could be breaking me out? I don't want to keep wearing the Biore but going a day without sunscreen makes me anxious.
