[Routine Help] [Acne] Need help addressing acne in my regimen. 29 y/o female, dry/sensitive skin

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi! I'm 29 years old with adult acne. I started getting it around 23. My skin is on the drier side, I am also a smoker so premature aging and skin texture/dullness are a concern as well. The acne I get is a fair amount of small whiteheads on my cheeks closer to my mouth, chin, and forehead. Never cystic acne, but I'd say about three or four small pimples in each area at any given time.I recently got off birth control I was on for about five months which had cleared my skin up but I wasn't into the other side effects, and my acne returned within three weeks. Proactiv worked when I was younger but I'm hesitant to use a full-benzoyl peroxide routine as I'm starting to deal with aging skin.Current routine (in order): Morning: Lush fresh farmacy cleanser, 15% glycolic acid gel (has other ingredients like aloe), Mizon Snail Repair intensive ampoule, Mizon snail repair eye cream, Origins smarty plants CC cream (with sunscreen)Evening: Nude Perfect Cleansing Oil, Fresh Farmacy cleanser, Mizon Snail Repair ampoule, Mizon Snail Repair Eye cream, benzoyl peroxide gel 10% for spot treatmentOnce in a while I use Queen Helene's mint julep masque (I think the sulfur is what helps) or Philosophy's micro delivery dual-phase peel.I know this routine is all over the place--now that I'm addressing both rougher skin and wrinkles AND acne I'm totally lost. I literally just started the Mizon products today (had been using another eye cream already). I'm not really sure how to combo acne-fighting and anti-aging skincare. My biggest concern is that benzoyl peroxide is extremely drying and doesn't seem to help much unless you use it daily all over your face. Anybody have tips on how to tweak my routine to better address acne?
