[Routine Help] Need some figuring out a way to get smoother skin!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi skincare addicts!About two years ago my skin wasn't the best and I thought I had oily skin. After browsing this subreddit it dawned on my I might have dehydrated skin. My mom got me a sample of lotion that I've transitioned to using now daily, and my skin got drastically better. It was smoother, I stopped getting as many pimples (I didn't get a face full but would have one - three all the time). I was very happy with my results, but I want my skin to get even better.I'm hoping I can get some help here! The problems:little bumps I assume to be sebaceous filaments on my t-zone, chin, and area beside my nose to my cheekbones(sooo my cheeks) *same bumps as above, on my nose(mainly the bottom edges, roughly a cm all along the bottom)uneven skin tonedark circles and eyelidsoccasional breakouts that leave me with little splotches of redthe little bumps go away after I use the glycolic acid but comes back within 4 ish days, but Im worried about using the peel too frequently the acid doesnt help as much with the bumps on my nose though.AM:1) Rinse face with warm water2) Moisturize with a lotion for couperose skin (I don't think I have this condition, but I tried a sample and it worked for my skin [I think ] so I stuck with it.) The lotion is only available to salon use so I'm just listing the ingredients:Rice bran oil, Avacado oil, butcher's broom extract, ginkgo biloba extract, beta glucan, escin, glycyrrhetic acid.3) Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch sunscreen & la Roch Posay Anthelios lightweight lotion spf 60. (I've been using both for the past few months, I haven't noticed any difference in my skin when alternating since I used each for a month before swapping back and forth)PM:1) wash with Vichy normaderm deep cleansing gel2) Moisturize with the couperose cream from aboveWeekly:I use a 40% glycolic acid peel once a week ( sometimes a day or two before the week mark). I use a drop and add some water before gently rubbing it into my skin in circles. I don't rub hard.I don't know if it matters, but I tried to use the cerave moisturizer in a tub and it broke me out / made my skin bumpier than usual so I still have a full jar around. Here's a link to some pictures of omg face.https://imgur.com/a/jpV8z
