[Skin concerns] I had a pimple develop under my favourite beauty mark/freckle and now it's gone??

This seems so weird to me.Earlier this week, I noticed a bump developed underneath my favourite beauty mark below my lip. It looked like the skin was starting to come loose, and I tried to avoid picking at it. I guess the top layer of skin came off today, and it took my beauty mark with it.I'm really sad because this was a feature I really liked about my face. Is there any chance it will come back?
