[Skin Concerns]-My Lefts arm is really hairy, gets lots of pimple/blackheads, and almost looks it has different colors like a birthmark (wasn't always like that). I noticed this happening about 6 years ago and I just live with it now. Any Idea what it is or what I could do to fix it?
