[skin concerns] Not sure if I have closed comedones and if I do is there any way to get rid of them?

I have never had these bumps in my life but now they appear on my forehead and my cheeks. They have not changed in about a month. I have combination skin and my routine is: Fresh Rose Cleansing Foam, Fresh Black Tea Toner, Dr. Gross Dark Spot Defense sunscreen, and two times a week I use Neogen Dermalogy Bio-Peel Gauze.
