[Personal] I have finally found a method to get rid of my itchy winter legs!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been scratching holes into my legs at night, and they usually seem to only happen at night when my mind has nothing else to think about. The last time I had a good leg scratch, I took note of the light white trail of dead skin, as usually happens when I scratch. When I was in the shower the next day, I looked at my pumice and said "what the hell".So I lightly pumiced my lower legs, which is usually the culprit, and lotioned. My legs have never EVER felt so healthy and soft. I just can't get over it. They also no longer itch! So here's what I did if anyone else has absolutely had it with itchy winter legs:I suffer from hard water, so I don't soap my legs unless they really need it.I used the light purple side of a Mr. Pumice stone (from Sally's Beauty supply) and LIGHTLY brushed it over my whole leg. Do not scrub roughly. You shouldn't feel any pain. For me it was like getting a deep satisfying scratch for the last time and not needing it again.Lather up legs with your favorite conditioner that you know doesn't give your skin a reaction. I use Herbal Essences Naked because I love the scent. Use that to shave those puppies.I toweled off with my regular towel, nothing fancy. No special routine for that.I slathered my legs with Nivea Extended Moisture body lotion.Bam. The best feeling, non itchy legs I have ever had in my life.I know this won't work for everyone. I really don't suggest doing this more than 2, maybe 3 times a week. I attempted to do this the day after the first time and with all the dead skin gone from the first time, it hurt a bit more, so don't do this unless you start getting the itch back. But wow. I just can't get over how my legs feel. It's just mind blowing because I know most people don't have this issue. Smooooooth! squee
