I got this question when I found Eucerin DermatoCLEAN Clarifying Toner and it said to have Alkylpolyglucoside in it, which is a very gentle, non-ionic cleansing agent. Is it ok to leave that on my skin which dries out very easily? Often micellar waters are made to not be rinsed off. When I used a micellar water, it dried me out. Would it have been better if I had rinsed the micelles?
