[Acne] Please help! - Acne and Cysts from Lithium Carbonate

How do I prevent this? And how do I get rid of the cystic acne, it seems to stay around for months and months. I came off lithium for 3 weeks and had perfect skin but a poor mood so I am really stuck :(
