Beauty Tips For Body Care
From 22-27 my face did not change at all, which I was always very proud of. Then I went back to school for my master's and there was a whole lot of drinking, late night studying, eating "student" food...and now I suddenly have dark spots under the eyes, face puffiness, wrinkles (crow's feet), and I now finally look my age or even older thanks to some now gray hair.Much of that is probably permanent but I'd like to fix it as best I possibly can.I have tretinoin so my plan is the following:Every other night, wash face with warm water, let it try a bit, then apply tretinoin to everywhere on face (except on the under-eye dark spots, I hear this is bad). So far this has been tolerated. Then apply Dermasil Labs night time moisturizer cause it's cheap and I'm poor atm. How's that for a start? What else should I do, in particular for the dark spots under the eyes? I've heard of putting cold green tea bags on them for 15 min but that seems sorta ridiculous. I live in a very not-sunny place to I wasn't thinking I needed sunscreen for the day. I don't suffer from acne so wasn't thinking of using any cleansers.
