Beauty Tips For Body Care
I hope this is the right place for me to ask, but I didn't think /r/askreddit or /r/relationships would be appropriate.About 6 months ago, I began talking with a company in Phoenix, AZ about a potential job opening for me. We currently live in Alabama, which is where my wife grew up.Four months ago she had a basal cell carcinoma spot removed from her forehead that left a 1 inch scar. It's barely noticeable at this point in my opinion, but she's been hoping it gets better as the year goes on.Unfortunately, she had a second spot removed from her cheek a few days ago. This scar looks to be much longer as the incision from the Mohs surgery runs from her tear duct to the top of her lip. Needless to say, she is really low, depressed, and devastated by it. The surgeon assured her that the scar would be thin but it may take a year for her to fully heal. She is extremely worried about this potential move to Arizona. I spoke with the company a few weeks ago and it looks like we would move in July of 2017. It's a pretty big opportunity for my career and would provide better finances. We've also been looking to move out of Alabama for a while and love the opportunities for outdoor activities living out west.Would living in Arizona be that much worse than Alabama? Alabama has high UV rays and a long summer as well. We have to put on sunscreen and be careful about sun exposure here anyway. I understand Arizona is much hotter for a longer period of time, but if we avoided the sun and/or took proper precautions, would it be safe for her?
