[Personal] I can feel myself becoming obsessed

How can I take a bit of a step back and stop being so harsh on myself? I feel myself obsessively looking up products and analysing my face constantly in my magnifying mirror (I know, I know). This leads to the inevitable picking and making things worse.My face has actually really cleared up compared to how it used to be but I am criticising myself more than ever. For example I have about two active whiteheads right now compared to a full on raging outbreak on both jaw lines and cheeks. But any new spots I get make me even more annoyed than before.Has anyone else felt like this and how did you get past it? How long did it take for you to really feel happy with your progress once you started taking care of your skin?I need motivation to stick with it ☺️
