My moisture barrier is severely damaged. I was overzealous with the actives and now my skin has an almost undetectable scaly texture and is really dehydrated. Also suffering from a combination of closed comedones and sebaceous hyperplasia (see previous posts for pictures).I'm looking for a cleanser that will keep my skin clean so that my sebaceous hyperplasia and acne doesn't get worse, but one that will still allow my moisture barrier to heal.
