Hi guys!! :)I am a 22 ur old female and I am looking for an eye cream. I have been trying to wear less and less make up and since then I have been noticing the skin around my eyes more.Does anyone have any recommendations for good eye creams? Are eye creams essential?I'm not concerned about crows feet or fine lines. But more about dark circles and tiredness. I tried looking in the store the other day but I honestly have no idea where to start.I don't have a big budget but I am willing to splurge a little on a "miracle product" or something someone swears by.Thanks fam :)
