Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello,I am a teenage girl in Scotland and I have always had very bad skin. The doctors I have for a childhood illness believe my bad skin was caused by steroids I was given when my weight plummeted when I was very sick. They've given me products such as Diprobase, but I hated having that applied as it was greasy.A few months a go, I got myself a bottle of E45 and a facial wash by Simple, and used them twice a day, but due to personal issues, I stopped. However, I am now looking to sort my skin out and make it better.I have red dry skin primarily on my jaw and going down my neck. I do get spots around my mouth and on my forehead. I also have dry skin on my upper arms and shoulders. I also noticed that suncream is a recommended product to use? However, I honestly don't spend that much time out in the sun, as Scotland is mostly wet, and whenever it is hot, I stay inside because I do not like hot weather.I recently got new pillows and I also wash my bed sheets regularly. I would say that perhaps the kind of fabric softener/soap powder could be causing it, but the rest of my skin (apart from upper arms/shoulders) all seem fine. My upper arms/shoulders is mostly dry (but not red) skin. However, like I said, I am desperate to sort my skin out. Product recommendations (that don't cost a fortune and can be shipped to the UK) and any sort of advice is welcome for both the skin on my face and my upper arms/shoulders.Thank you!
