[Skin Concerns] I have these two dark, irregularly shaped, slightly raised itchy spots on both of my thighs. Please help me identify them.

Images of the spots-http://imgur.com/a/54OmSBoth are at almost the same position, they developed around the same time. The rashes have these swollen bumps around the edges. The rash area is slightly raised with rough scaly and dark skin. the rash area also feels slightly numb compared to other skin areas when I press it with the tip of my fingernail. I also have previously had a fungal infection(Ringworm) around my scrotum, inner thigh that I got treatment for and has almost healed completely. Please help me identify these rashes.
