[Acne] Good moisturizer with niacinamide and ceramide for acne-prone skin?

I can't tell if CeraVe PM is breaking me out or not. If so, what's a good moisturizer with niacinamide and ceramide that's more friendly for acne-prone skin? I know for sure that I break out from mineral oil and Vaseline, even though it's not in CeraVe PM. My skin is full of breakouts right now from possibly Haba Labo HA Premium, which I stopped 2 days ago. But a few new small pimples have formed, and I'm not sure if it's from Haba Labo HA sunscreen (used 2 days ago) or from CeraVe PM. I've stopped everything except for CeraVe PM for 1-2 days. I cleanse with CeraVe Hydrating cleanser.I wish I could just stop ALL products for my skin to heal, but I need to improve my moisture barrier...
