Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have combo/oily skin and currently I'm breaking out all over. I'd like to add a toner to my routine but I don't know the good stuff form the bad in drugstores. I'm in the U.S., specifically Arizona. I can't really afford anything from Ulta/stores like that and I prefer not to buy online. Any and all advice/recs are much appreciated!
