[Misc] Want to finally get rid of dark circles around eyes!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I've had dark circles around my eyes for a long time now. I am 20 years old and have had them for many years. I can not think of any particular reason why I have had them: nobody in my family has them even at old age so I doubt it is genetic and I drink at least 1.5 litres of water every day. I don't take in much salt or drink coffee which some people say causes it. The one thing I would say is that my sleep habit hasn't been great for some part of my life (like going to bed at 3 am or something)... but my siblings and parents would go to bed at such times and they don't have a problem with this?I don't mean to exaggerate when I say the circles around my eyes are very dark and noticeable, more than that of anyone else I have met to be honest.I have looked back at pictures during childhood and they didn't seem to be there when I was young but they can be noticed in pictures when I was an 11 year old boy. I tried taking anti-histamines for two weeks just to rule out allergy but that didn't help, besides I doubt I have been having an allergic reaction for years! I also tried applying expensive Radiant Life collagen eye serum with vitamin E everyday for around a month as well as almond oil for several months but that didn't help either. My sleeping habit has recently improved, with me going to sleep at midnight to 1 am and waking up around 9am naturally, which has had other benefits than just skin obviously.I'm not a guy who is obsessed about appearance but I've tolerated them for long and they do annoy me, make me look fatigued and unprofessional in the work place. If anyone has any ideas as to what could be causing them in only myself and how do I get rid of them, or just general advice that would helpful.
