Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've never been one to take these comments seriously (and will usually raise an eyebrow to comments on the Internet from those claiming to look 10, 15, or even 20+ years younger than their chronological age).My ex still contends that I look 26 (Me: Yeah...sure I do).I thinks comments of this nature imply that 32-year-olds look like crap, or that I should be ashamed to be/look my age.But recently? I've visited with various people who haven't seen me in something like 3-5 years. I keep getting comments on my "youthful" or "younger-than-my-age" appearance.I'm a high PPD sunscreen nut, supplement "junkie", wear crazy things like sun sleeves, sun gloves, sun scarves (to protect that delicate decolletage area) and break out the sun umbrella when the sun is especially harsh (which is most of the year, here in Texas). I use tretinoin (though not as regularly as I'd like). AHA's fairly regularly. Vitamin C/E/ferulic acid serum occasionally.I'm not sure if my appearance is guessed to be "younger" because most Texan women do not take precautions against the sun (in fact, most will freely bask in it and/or use tanning beds). At any rate, I'm getting unsolicited remarks about my appearance from those who have not seen me in sometime.Whatever-the-case...I hope that this inspires those who might not take sun protection seriously to start doing so...and to be consistent!
