[Routine Help] Cystic (Hormonal?) Acne in Chin Area--How Do I Get Rid of This?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey everyone. I am a 25 y/o female who has dealt with acne since about age 10. I have tried a million products over the years and had my skin 99% clear over the past few years with the routine I will post below (along with monthly facials and living in Northern CA with no seasons), but my skin is starting to freak out again after moving to a place with real seasons. I assume some of my acne is hormonal/stress induced because it is mostly around my chin. Right now I am getting about 4/5 new painful cysts a week and trying everything to get rid of them. Any ideas on what to do?Here is my current regimen: Morning-- Cleanse with Joesoef Sulfur Soap, apply Purifying Toner, apply Mandelic Acid 11% or Micro Peel Serum (AHA serum), apply Hydra Gel MoisturizerNight--Cleanse with Joesoef Sulfur Soap, apply Purifying Toner*, apply Mandelic or Micro Peel Serum as above, apply Hydra Gel Moisturizer, Apply 10% BP cream, spot treat with sulfur mask as neededI recently bought Glossier's Super Pure serum and have been slowly incorporating it into my regimen (as of yesterday) by using it once a day in the morning instead of the Mandelic or Micro Peel Serum--is this a good idea? I also do a sulfur mask about 2x per week and apply ice (wrapped in a paper towel) to particularly bad areas as needed. One other thing to add is that I have been taking the generic of Yasmin bc for about 4 years--I tried Spironolactone before that and didn't notice a difference in my skin so I tried Yasmin which has not done much either, but hasn't hurt my skin so far.Anyone have ideas on how to get rid of the cystic acne I am getting on my chin given my current regimen? Thank you in advance!!***The products I use are mostly bought from my old aesthetician in CA so if you need more info on the ingredients I'm happy to share that. None of her products contain Sodium Laureth/Lauryl Sulfate and I stopped using products with SLS/parabens about 2 years ago.
