[Routine Help] My skin is worsening and I don't know what to do anymore!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi everyone! My first post on Reddit after creeping for a very long time. I just got into really taking care of my skin last year, when I first discovered Asian beauty reddit, and since then, my skin has undergone a lot of experimentation. Now I'm at a loss for what to do next... I'm very frustrated and I would appreciate any and all advice! Thank you in advance! Sorry if this gets super long btw.I usually have oily sensitive skin, and occasionally dehydrated cheeks, with a dry patch and fine lines on my forehead. I have bumpy skin and bad texture, with lots of blackheads on my nose. But I don't break out in big pimples or anything like that.My first dive into anything asian skincare was Cosrx good morning cleanser, but I stopped using it because it really dried out my face and I was just a little sensitive to tea tree oil. So I went back to my old fave wash and started double cleansing with coconut oil; probably in November of last year. I was doing that in conjunction with Neutrogena Ultra gentle cleanser. And my skin got really good at this point! My skin started to glow, got less oily, and my fine lines and dry patches on my forehead started to go away! However, I tried two other oil cleansers for a bit (because I got scared over the fact that coconut oil was comodogenic) and neither of them made my skin bad, but it didn't work as well as coconut oil so I went back to my original routine. But something was wrong, instead of the coconut oil healing my skin like before, it was actually making my skin rougher and drier, and giving me cysts on my chin... I thought maybe I wasn't cleansing it off as well as before, so I tried Cerave foaming cleanser (only once!!) and my skin got very dry and tight and sensitive, so I stopped that right away and went back to double cleansing with my neutrogena. After a while, my skin still wasn't getting better and so I incorporated gently wiping off the coconut oil before my second cleanser. Still, my skin just got drier and rougher and now, I've even started breaking out again. Because I didn't see any results with wiping the oil off, and was still breaking out, I've recently stopped doing that. But even now, I'm still getting whiteheads on my cheeks, chin, and even tiny tiny ones on my eyelids... what's going on!? Am I not rinsing the oil off enough?? After my second cleanser I'll still see like dead skin or peeled skin on my nose and cheeks, but I rinse for like 10 minutes. And my entire face is still super dry and breaking out? The skin I have now is still sensitive, but now I think it might be just dry instead of oily and dehydrated. Because I'll put moisturizers on and it feels like it just sits there, and then later on in the day, my cheeks will have absorbed everything and be super dry and tight (Even with Vaseline!), while my nose and forehead are shiny. My skin texture is really rough and bumpy and dull. The dry patch and fine lines have returned to my forehead and now I'm just trying to combat the onslaught of white heads that just seem to keep coming. I've stopped double cleansing about three days ago and have just stripped my routine down to this:Morning: •No cleanser just splash with water •Moisturizer: Neutrogena sensitive skin •Prescription spot treatment (Been using it for a long time, so I don't think this is the culprit)Night: •Cleanser: Neutrogena Ultra gentle foaming cleanser •Toner/serum: Goodal moisture barrier liquid (Just started using this and am still waiting for results. I'm thinking maybe I damaged my moisture barrier?) •Moisturizer: Neutrogena sensitive skin •Vaseline as an occlusive (on cheeks, and dry forehead patch only) •Prescription spot treatmentEverything I'm using now, with the exception of the Goodal moisture liquid, are products I fell back on when some new thing didn't work out. It's only been 3 days since I've stopped double cleansing and my skin is still very dry and breaking out in whiteheads. (I'm especially concerned about the tiny ones on my eyelids...)I live in Vegas where the air is really dry, so I'm thinking of getting a humidifier. And my skin doesn't like anything with olive oil. Also. I've tried hyaluronic acid serum recently, for like two weeks and it dried me out a lot. Cerave products (All of them) are a nightmare for my face. And I don't react bad to tea tree oil (I think) but they do give me bumps after multiple uses.I've also seen a dermatologist multiple times, and everything they've prescribed me just made my skin sensitive. Recently I've been prescribed a spot treatment (which works fine), and then tazorac. The tazorac gives me small bumps whenever I use it, and I would like to go back to the dermatologist in hopes that they'll give me something else, but I've been in and out so many times that I don't even know if it's worth seeing them anymore. What should I do now? What should I do to fix my skin texture now? And the dryness? What happened? I also just wanna be able to identify what kind of skin I have now. I can't tell if it's dry or dehydrated because it'll be dry constantly, but I'm drinking a sufficient amount of water, but a lot of my symptoms are dehydrated skin. I'm so embarrassed of my skin, and I can't look anyone in the face because I'm so insecure :(I'm truly at a loss... please help! Sorry this was so long, but thank you in advance!
