[Skin Concern] What product in The Ordinary line would be best to use (if at all)?

Hi there, it's my first post here.I'm 22 and I have normal to oily skin. It's relatively clear/good at this point. My only gripes with my skin are there are some old icepick type acne scars, some hyper-pigmentation from old acne, dark undereye circles (but these may just be hereditary), and I do still get some breakouts from time to time.I've heard a lot about The Ordinary and want to find something to brighten my skin and reduce hyper-pigmentation. I was thinking something with Vitamin C. However, looking at the options on their site, there seems to be quite a few products that do what I want, so I'm not sure where to start. Can anyone help me out with choosing what to use?
