[Skin Concerns] What are these marks on my face & chest, and what can I do to fix it?

Hi there guys. My acne isn't really terrible but I have these scars that I'm not quite sure what they are. Apologies for the poor-quality photos. For about 5 months I was washing my face with Cerave hydrating and then using Cerave AM; around November I started using Cerave PM, and I think that broke me out. I also tried Cerave in the tub and I don't think that helped.My skin wasn't perfect with just Cerave AM, but it was relatively clear. Now I'm kind of afraid to try other products because I don't really know what happened or why. I stopped using all my Cerave products about two weeks ago.I don't really know if those marks on my face are acne scars or PIH or what. I can't really tell. I don't know the difference between acne and a fungal thing. I've tried reading the FAQ and sidebar and I'm still just confused. What bugs me the most is that my skin isn't especially awful, it's just stagnant.
