It's all in the cost to value ration, honestly. Based off of what I spend I kind of expect more bang for my buck, and PC hasn't really been doing it for me lately. The promo emails I have been getting lately are almost a slap in the face."This is BIG: 15% off all products" and free shipping on $50? Maybe I'm being melodramatic but I would hardly call it the sale of the century, especially considering they've raised prices over the years for the same formulas. :////I don't know. Obviously the charm has worn off ever since the company got sold, but now more than ever it seems they've abandoned their core group of customers. What do you think?
