Aside from the mishap where (while twisting the cap) I sliced my finger.... The arbutin 2% has done wonders for my skin. My skin type is very sensitive and acne prone (after switching to a gentle non-foam cleanser it has largely cleared up). When I do get acne, hyperpigmentation stays for literally 6 months (no jokes).I have tried the Arbutin 2% twice and my hyperpigmentation (most are months old) have faded at least 50%. My skin has become brighter overall. I had my doubts about this working but this stuff is effective.. and most important non-irritating.Edit: Texture is silky gel that dries quickly.
