[Routine Help] products that are not open jar with peptides?

I've been looking for serums or moisturizers with good anti-aging ingredients such as copper peptides, adenosine etc that are in a sealed jar with a pump. I've seen a lot of products that have droppers but what's the point of anti-aging products that degrade while you're trying to use them?
