[Skin concerns] Skin between my nose and mouth is extremely sensitive. Should I "cure" it with skincare or leave it as it is?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have eczema since I was a child and while it is affecting the rest of my body lesser as I age, the area between my nose and mouth is badly affected. Lately I have to put moisturiser (I'm using QV cream) every couple of hours, otherwise it will be dry, painful and itchy. It gets quite flaky every time: when I wake up in the morning, if I stay outdoors for a couple hours etc. It is also quite red, which makes me look like I smudge my lipstick to the top of my lips every time :(Recently I realised that it just doesn't produce oil on its own, unlike the rest of my face. I've also tried to see if there's a name for this kind of skin but I think it's just the generic sensitive skin caused by eczema, not PIH or PIE.Should I be using any kind of skincare products or do I just leave it alone including not using the moisturiser at all and let it heal itself? My current routine is just a Laneige facial wash and QV cream as moisturiser. My makeup consists of eyebrows, under eye concealer and lipstick only.I don't eat junk food, and I eat as healthy as possible. I do drink somewhat often and I know that probably isn't the best for my skin/health in general but I hope to be able to find some middle ground :)
