[Acne] I've had back acne for ten years now. It's making me extremely depressed. I'm completely lost on what to do. Any advice?

Just found out about this sub. I've been on plenty of randomly prescribed ointments/pills/etc from two different dermatologists. I've been on accutane for 6 months back in 2012 I believe. It made me get a lot less pimples/things to pop, but they still show up on my back quite often. A dermatologist recently recommended that I go back on accutane for another 6 months but they're charging me $225 a month to get it since I don't have insurance. (does insurance even cover the cost? When I went on it back in 2012 my parents just took care of everything.) Am I supposed to just wait if some big cyst shows up randomly? Currently I just rinse my back with water and have this exfoliating St Ives cream that I put on then rinse off. I drink a decent amount of water. Yeah, I'm lost, I know a lot of what is on my back is scarred but is there anyway to make the redness subside? I'm just looking for any suggestions at this point.
