Beauty Tips For Body Care
Please would someone knowledgeable rec a moisturizer/SPF combo for my face. I'm 29 male, probably dry skin, fair complexion, used to have mild to moderate acne, still get occasional acne. Last little while my face has been sensitive and also red/dry/flaky in places (forehead, cheeks) because of a new medication that I've been prescribed for a non skin related thing.I've recently started a 'routine' which is basically:AM - nothing (well, brush teeth)PM - cleanse with this, moisturize with thisFor the AM I really think I need to apply something with SPF. Thinking of changing the "nothing" into "splash face with water, apply moisturizer with SPF". I don't get a lot of sun so it doesn't need to be a fully fledged SPF 1,000 sunscreen.Might something like this work well? I like the idea of sticking to one brand for now, and since my skin has reddish blotches this might be a good choice? I'm in South Africa so won't have access to things like CeraVe. I think we get a lot of the same products the UK gets.I have a ton more questions about skincare. I'll be posting again soon. But right now I'm semi paranoid to even leave my place lest I be exposed to the sun without protection. And I don't want to apply some garbage to my face, so would appreciate a few recs. I have this on hand from before but I'm not convinced about it.
