[Skin Concerns] Cystic pimple that no longer hurts or has deep roots, but is sitting on the surface on my skin still. What do I do?

I got a hormonal cystic pimple on my chin last week, the kind that hurts when you open your mouth or push on the area with your tongue. Anyway I did a hot compress in the beginning, applied aczone, and did a cold compress yesterday because I was going out. Now this thing isn't deep anymore, like there's no pain really but it's still sitting on my skin and doesn't seem to be getting smaller. What should I do?
