I have two red pimples with no pus, one on each cheek, this happened after shaving. It has no pus or whitehead, it isn't tiny but it definitely isn't large/humongous , its noticeable though so I'm wondering what's the best spot treatment for a blind pimple?And how can you tell the difference between a blind pimple and a cyst?
