[Acne] IUD users: how do you manage hormonal acne without hormonal birth control? My skin is making me miserable right now.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I was on hormonal birth control pills/patches/rings for many years, and they all helped manage my acne to varying degrees (actually, in the order listed). Even on the NuvaRing, my skin wasn't perfectly clear, but I had reached a point where it was manageable. Then in January I got an IUD (Jaydess), because I am losing my health insurance as of September and wanted to save money over the next few years. Unfortunately, it turns out hormonal birth control methods were doing far more for me than I realized. My skin is constantly breaking out, despite my best efforts. I want to cry every time I look in a mirror because it's just so bad, and it's really killing my self-esteem at an important stage in my career. Not okay. My skin is generally normal-oily, dehydration prone, and moderately acne prone--but this acne is a whole new level of unmanageable. TL;DR: Is there anything to do about hormonal acne besides using hormonal birth control or other daily pills? I need to get this acne under control, but I also don't have a lot of money for products and will have even less money for prescriptions very soon. Please help! Morning routine (after shower, hair away): * Cerave Foaming Cleanser * pat dry w/ face cloth * Niacinamide + 10% Zinc * Cerave SA Lotion * (usual make-up products) Evening routine: * Cerave Foaming Cleanser * pat dry w/ face cloth * Niacinamide + 10% Zinc * Cerave SA (Salicylic Acid) Lotion Occasional: * Queen Helene green mask, weekly over bad spots * Paula's Choice or Stridex Max. BHA pads every few days (drying) * Retin A, on bad spots every few nights (it's really drying) Always: * Change face cloth daily * Change pillow case/ fresh side daily * Hands off * No new cloggy make-up * Hair out of face * Everything else SCA recommends
