Beauty Tips For Body Care
this lil guy: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/815fSfpqfUL._SL1500_.jpgI've used cerave for over a year now, spf moisturizer, "cerave in the tub", night creams etc. I finally decided to try this out because after a year or so of using the spf 30 and cerave in the tub, my skin felt way better in terms of overall health, dryness etc., but I still had rough bumpy skin and acne. 2-3 days after using this in place of the slightly thinner (still thick) cerave in the tub and my acne is gone aside from a little PIH and my skin looks and feels great. It's ridiculously thick, so I definitely only recommend it for people who have dry skin + roughness + acne. I've hated the texture of all the exfoliants I've tried so this combines it with a moisturizer and that's really helpful.Anyway, I know cerave is pretty much THE brand around here, but mostly just when it comes to their cleansers and the basic moisturizing cream. So I figured you guys might not be too familiar with this one. I think it's probably meant for stuff like eczema or dry body skin but I mean hey, if it works it works.
