I don't exactly remember when they appeared, but they definitely weren't there when I was a child. Growing up, I was never really out in the sun topless very often, so I am unsure as to what caused these spots to appear. The spots are flat and don't ever grow or spread (I can assume this means they are harmless).These dark spots have made me insecure to remove my shirt in front of other people. Also, this prevents me from doing topless activities such as swimming. This is something I've struggled with as I am not willing to freely show this to anyone. As such, I would like to find a way to remove them.I have tried some home remedies that can easily be searched online on Google or YouTube, but they are very ineffective. I have also attempted to use lightening creams you can find in pharmacies.In addition, I have consulted a dermatologist in the past, and he diagnosed me with hyperpigmentation. He gave me these creams to use multiple times a day, but they never worked.I do not have any other skin concerns. In fact, my skin on the other parts of my body are fairly good. I don't get pimples or acne as frequently as others do.I would love to hear any suggestions as to my best options in removing these dark spots. If anyone knows someone who has experienced something similar to this, please let me know.Thank you so much!
