[Acne] I had a severe allergic reaction to fish. When I went to the ER they pumped me full of steroids. But now my skin has never been the same.

As the title says about a year and half ago I had an allergic reaction to some fish I ate. I went into shock and went to ER where they pumped benadryl and all sorts of steroids into me. I made it out fine.But about a week later i started getting acne where I never had before. I attributed it to stress - but the spots have never went away, nearly 2 years later. I also started to develop seb derm and dandruff - things I had never had before.Is this random or could this be related? Has anyone had anything similar happen to them?
