I solved my acne about 3 months ago by improving my diet, exercising daily, and going to hot yoga 3 times a week. I felt more physically and emotionally healthy than I have in my entire life, and I no longer got zits!Where a month before if you saw me after 7pm my face would be plastered in hydrocolloid bandages, maybe a clay mask or BP, my skincare routine turned simply into drinking enough water.A lot of my best college friends left at the beginning of summer, and I was super excited to show off my big change. New haircut, got swole, grew facial hair, no more acne....They got back a few days ago. You know what happened the day before yesterday? MASSIVE breakout.You know how sometimes you can get pimples but it doesn't matter because they're in aesthetically manageable places? Nope, all in the worst spots: in between the brow, the middle of the upper lip, the sides of the mouth so it looks like I have cold sores, etc.They wanted to come over yesterday. I was in skincare overdrive doing BP/poke and hydrocolloid bandages, I called it off and said "tomorrow for sure!". I woke up today, peeled off the bandages and it's worse. They're red and inflamed, the bandages didn't work, and there's even new ones here and there. This sucks.
