[Acne] Things that you continue to do out of fear of Acne... Despite not knowing if they have any effect.

I got to thinking about what things I do on a daily basis that in my mind, helps my acne and makes me feel better, but I have no real hard evidence to say that it works.I take Vit C, Vit D, Zinc, Green Tea and Omega 3 supplements daily.Drinking a shot of ACV w/ water everydayAfter petting my Cat, I wash my hands extensively (or touching anything for that matter)Go to sleep lying on my back, no matter how comfortable turning on my side feels.Freaking out if my G/F's hair touches my face.Completely cutting out Gluten, Dairy and refined sugars which has meant I've lost quite a bit of weight.Buying 'treats' from the supermarket on a whim and then leaving them in the cupboard because I'm scared to eat them, (Reeces Peanut butter cups, you'll be mine one day!)Looking into a mirror which has less light on it before I look into the 'bright mirror' in my Bathroom.Brushing my teeth in a way so as not to get any toothpaste around my mouth.Cancelling on arrangements and taking time off work (which I'm doing right now as I type)I'm sure there are plenty more. I do these things instinctively these days. People with clear skin just don't understand.
