Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I went to a new Sephora to kill some time and I thought "hmmm why don't I do one of those mini perk facials" they are always advertising. I go in there and the first thing I do is ask if I can get one. Right away the worker looks at my face and hesitates (mind you I have acne prone skin filled with CCs and two active breakouts, so nothing too crazy) Anywho, she tells me to wait 15-20 min. I'm okay with that because that gives me time to browse around always. I see in the corner of my eye an employee doing a facial on another customer so I figured I'll be next. Ten minutes pass and that same employee comes by to ask if I need anything. It took me a while to realize that she's the same employee who is supposed to do my facial, so I kinda play along and ask a simple question about dark spots. She shows me all of her "life changing products" and I ask for a sample. While she's making a sample I thought it was a good time to bring up me wanting a mini facial...ya know the reason why I came to the store. So I ask her and she straight up tells me that she can't get anyone to do it for me today but that she can offer samples of her favorite masks...idk about you but that was shady to me. I accepted her samples and just left the store with a sour taste in my mouth. I know she straight up lied to me! Nobody else was doing facials besides her. I even glanced at the station to see if it was occupied and no one was there. Overall, I was really disappointed about my experience at Sephora and this just makes me more insecure about my acne :/ Just thought i would rant here because you all are so supportive!
