[Personal] Some observations and confusions about Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I've been using Glossier's Milky Jelly Cleanser as my second cleanse for double cleansing. I don't wear much makeup, just eyeliner and sunscreen. I use Tatcha's Oil Cleanser on my dry face, rinse with water, and follow up with the Milky Jelly. But I feel like... "Is it doing anything? Is it actually cleansing anything?"I'm worried that its not actually cleansing my face. Is the Milky Jelly supposed to only be used on a dry face? Is it not supposed to be used as a second cleanse in double cleansing? There are no directions on the bottle.Lastly, I'm just wondering how its possible that it doesn't cause breakouts for many people, as it has isopropyl myristate. I have "everything breaks me out" skin, and it hasn't broken me out (yet). Does anyone have an explanation for why/how this is possible? On that note, I've read that for some people it can take up to a month or even longer for the breakouts to start? What's up with that?!
