[Review] Unsun on very fair/pale pinkish-purple skin

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi everyone! This is my first post here - I wasn't sure whether this classified as makeup or skincare, but I bought it for the latter, though a lot of the issues with it end up being on the makeup side. I heard about Unsun, a mineral-based tinted sunscreen, a few months ago on Under The Gloss. I was curious to try because I've never used mineral-based sunscreen and I was almost out of my current facial sunscreen (Cerave AM). Also yes it was made by Frank Ocean's mom- Katonya Breaux! But I was skeptical of the idea it would work on any skin color. The only actual review I could find online was this awesome one from Naturally Curly on African-American tones, where it worked OK for one person but not for the other. It does look pretty pale - in one interview I can't find with Katonya Breaux she said it will bronze fair tones. So I ordered it. Here is what it looks like on me. The first picture is bare faced, second shows the color of the sunscreen itself, third is blended out http://imgur.com/a/xLakoIt's very sticky and a bit hard to blend. I did like the final texture, nice and glowy. I think though it's probably too yellow for me? That's my typical problem with bronzing products. I've tried a lot and ended up passing almost all onto a friend who has olive undertones rather than my pink/purple undertones. I use a lot of products that are more pink and peach and they seem to work best for me. I think Evelyn in the Naturally Curly video has that same issue - she notes she tends to be purple too and the Unsun really brought that out.So in conclusion I think this seems great if you have natural olive undertones and want a glowy look. Otherwise it may not be a great choice due to the coloration. What do you think? Too yellow? What do you think of the ingredients?
