[Routine Help] Getting through the post-CPD breakouts and hormonal acne

Beauty Tips For Body Care
About 4 days ago I had a huge personal breakthrough and stopped picking my skin (compulsive skin picking/dermatillomania)!!! I've been dealing with it since I was 11 and I've never had a pimple anywhere on my body that I didn't immediately pick. And now, for the first time in my life, I have a face full of pimples and no idea what to do with them. I've taken terrible care of my skin over the years and I want to put it right. My routine looks something like this right now: 1. Simple self foaming cleanser 2. Nivea toner 3. Nivea soft moisturiser I'll use the nivea makeup remover at night before I do this, and I use the St Ives apricot scrub every other day, with a clay mask a few times a week.My skin is a tiny bit inflamed around each pimple, but they're all huge and won't go away even after I use tea tree oil. I feel like this is hormonal acne because it's a couple of days before my period.I'd appreciate any and all advice on how to tackle this!
